Devis successfully led the migration of USAID's Training and Exchanges Automated Management System (TEAMS) from a legacy system to a cloud-based SaaS platform. The system was developed using C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and RESTful APIs, ensuring responsive user interfaces, robust scalability, and secure data handling. This migration enhanced system performance while integrating seamlessly with USAID’s existing infrastructure.
