Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) are a straightforward way for federal agencies to purchase services and products from GSA schedule contractors. BPAs are like "charge accounts" that agencies can use to order goods and services. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.404, ordering offices may establish BPAs under any GSA Schedule contract.
